We offer a free trial so you can evaluate Upaj before paying. Once you subscribe, fees are generally non-refundable since you have continuous access to the platform. However, we believe in being fair — if something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.
Upaj offers a free trial period for new users. No payment is required to start a trial. We encourage you to fully evaluate the platform during this period before committing to a paid plan.
All subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You will continue to have access to the platform for the remainder of your paid billing period, even if you cancel before it ends.
We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@upaj.com. Upon cancellation:
If we increase subscription prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. The new price will apply from your next billing cycle. If you do not wish to continue at the revised price, you may cancel before the next cycle begins without penalty.
All refunds are processed on the base subscription amount. GST or other taxes charged on the original transaction will also be refunded proportionally where applicable.
